Pros
The break rooms are like a lounge, flat screen TV/DVD player, full size fridge, plastic utensils supplied by the company. Breaks are the best part of the day by far.
Cons
Insane amount of work and responsibility for very little pay. Unreasonably high expectations of all employees. The internal movement is so rapid and messy that no one is actually focused on the job they currently have, but the one they're trying to get, usually in another city. Absolutely NO GRATITUDE for the LITERAL blood, sweat, and tears that are poured into working there. Management plays favorites shamelessly. There is even a portion of the weekly mgmt meeting during which they talk smack about employees (they call it the "people" portion of the meeting. Every single store does this. If you don't feel like traveling to a nearby city at the very last minute and living in a crappy hotel for a month while working at another store, you're considered "unwilling to grow with the company". LONG LONG LONG hours. You almost never get off at the scheduled time. There's an almost cult-like air about the company, with vague mantras that everyone is constantly repeating (ex: "we believe in people". What does that even mean?). On top of all that, the customers are completely insane, rude, and incredibly ungrateful. I only stayed as long as I did because I needed the insurance for a surgery. Worst job ever.
