They are focused more on making sales and making sure loyalty % is high rather than ensuring the store is run SAFELY. - Doing the absolute BARE MINIMUM to make employees feel safe working during the pandemic (no max occupancy guidelines, little increased sanitization, and no additional support to ensure mask compliance) - During the phases to begin reopening we were forced to focus more on the marketing rather than the safety of the staff and customers - No additional pay raise for 2020 - Management was advised to "keep distance" from maskless customers; but still required to help them - District/Corporate unaware of state/county laws that were put in place to prevent Covid-19 spread
