- Employee discount - Pay is higher for retail work

- 0 actions taken from corporate to support employees. They are focused more on making sales and making sure loyalty % is high rather than ensuring the store is run SAFELY. - Doing the absolute BARE MINIMUM to make employees feel safe working during the pandemic (no max occupancy guidelines, little increased sanitization, and no additional support to ensure mask compliance) - During the phases to begin reopening we were forced to focus more on the marketing rather than the safety of the staff and customers - No additional pay raise for 2020 - Management was advised to "keep distance" from maskless customers; but still required to help them - District/Corporate unaware of state/county laws that were put in place to prevent Covid-19 spread

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
