      Pros

      Great team. Attainable goals. decent pay, good benefits.

      Cons

      As a tenured employee they do not give raises to compensate for what they are starting off paying currently. If you started a position at 15,00 an hour and 5 years later you are making 16.50 they may be starting people out at 18,00 brand new with no regard to their current employees. that is really my biggest issue.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
