      Pros

      Unlimited overtime during new store openings. Aside from nice pay checks the job itself was a nightmare.

      Cons

      Horrible company culture, abusive leadership, no work life balance, very early mornings and very late nights, favoritism, discrimination, unrealistic expectations.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
