Pros
- Great colleagues - 30-day annual vacation - 25% discount in all stores - Other smaller benefits - Great work-life balance!
Cons
- Perhaps not that exciting work. UX designers work in small product teams that have very specific scoped like "Navigation functionality" "Search functionality" "Text on product detail pages" since everything is very optimized. May quickly become boring if you expect to work with exciting features all the time or have a bigger scope across the customer domain. -If you're sustainability values are strong, you may not feel like this job is for you. - Low salaries, other companies tend to pay a lot more and that is why lot of people change jobs. - Today the design team is about 80 UX designers so it's difficult to know what other teams are working with. - Not that good onboarding when starting. - If you go to an interview, ask to talk to one of the designers without the manager being there so that you can ask lots of questions about how it is to work there so you know 100% if this job is for you.
