Pros
- Good colleagues that I have no idea why they stay - It is for sure a diverse company.
Cons
- Broken communication channels - Shallow company values that aren't enforced in any way. The only real policy is the unwritten one, "We live for profit the owners, regardless of who gets in the way". - Chronical greenwashing of the business despite new environmental scandals in development countries occurring frequently. H&M Group keeps blaming the factories despite H&M being the one bringing down the price so the factories cant afford being sustainable without going under. - U-turn on policies on a 6 month basis. 4 days in the office policy gives basically no flexibility and was implemented with a less-than two weeks heads-up slap in the face to everyone who kept the ship afloat during the pandemic. Some of us moved away from office with blessing from our managers and the previous policy. - Extremely on the low end in terms of compensation. Incredibly uncompetitive. When i quit for my new contract, I easily raised my compensation with over 65%. That's how underpaid you are here.
