Pros
Scheduling is flexible, all the people are very helpful and collaborative when you have a question, client interaction is very satisfying, despite some difficult ones occasionally. Work is interesting.
Cons
It's only seasonal work even though it would be good to do it year round. Doesn't necessarily pay enough for it to be your only source of income unless you've been there for quite a few years and have many many repeat clients so that you can produce revenue for the company above what they pay you in hourly wages. Which I understand the reasoning behind it but still doesn't make it very sustainable as a career type thing. That being said many of the people come back for 20 plus years to keep working here so that definitely says something.
