Pros
culture is awesome - very innovative and connecting people on more than just work related topics, everyone is super driven and passionate about what they do (everyone works extremely hard to do what's best for the clients, which you don't see often at companies), CEO actively participates and listens to what's happening within the company to continue to make it better (not just for clients but for the employees as well), the platform is amazing and everyone is 100% supportive of it - I love how every single person at the company knows the platform inside and out and everyone's voice matters. Plus, all employees can be helpful in making the platform even better. The company core values allow employees to be themselves, while also being accountable for what they're doing at work. Overall, this company has huge growth (and with that comes a lot of opportunities) and will continue to shake the life-sciences world with their ideas/products.
Cons
some processes aren't fully executed and standardized across the board, which can sometimes get confusing (but that's because the company is moving at lightning speed and the growth is huge -- they are actively working to make these processes better), work/life balance can be difficult depending on the day/week or what clients you have (once again the company is growing exponentially so eventually this will be more standardized I believe), sometimes with all of the meetings it can be hard to get actual tasks done (again, fast growing company so a lot to keep up on but this will also be improved as the company continues to hire more people and grow the teams out). Overall these are pretty standard "cons" of a startup/fast moving company. In terms of actual work, it's a great place to be!
