      Love the intensity and engagement from my peers. Learning a ton. Company is doing a great job understanding how to manage a remote environment.

      High growth creates pain as process / SOP/tools get outdated faster than in a different environment.

      Pros

      It’s rare to find a company where the culture supports collaboration, welcomes new perspectives, and rewards performance. Everyone across the board is very collaborative, engaged, and supportive. Then somehow they make it work with and work life balance. Generous PTO and wellness days.

      The pay is on the lower end
