Pros
The people are excellent, and everyone seems to be pushing to do their best work. All levels in the business have remote employees, so it’s somewhere that you can have a fulfilling career path and promotion opportunity no matter where you work from. The work is interesting if you are excited about healthcare, and there seems to be lots of upside in the ongoing growth of the company.
Cons
It’s a fast paced environment with expectations of strong performance, and not everyone thrives in that culture. If someone does “alright” work, there’s not much room to hide or blend in. This approach can come across as intense for new employees that haven’t been in a culture like that before.
