Pros

- it was my first job out of college and they hired me although I might not have been the most qualified but I try hard and am passionate. I am here years later and am so glad they took the chance! - passionate workers - great benefits - wonderful stock options - very knowledgeable workers who have great experience and are always looking to help others grow - wonderful programs to help workers mentally and other BRG groups you can join - work from anywhere

Cons

- do not look to promote within the company often, always looking to hire from the outside. - they are growing so quickly and cannot hire fast enough so the extra work quickly builds up and makes hours very long - turnover is relatively frequent, although it is most often workers that leave to launch their own start up or continue in their journey to make healthcare better- so I do not mentally attribute it to unhappy workers
