Beware of this place and fake glowing reviews! - Engineer H1 Employee Review

Misalignment in executive hiring. The Chief data officer is the biggest joke they hired to make brand image- he has no idea what he doing with the team. Interviews folks on data structure/ (c++/ java) but then asks them to jump right into coding sql in first week of job with tight deadline. Biggest micromanager ever. No work ethics/ if you cannot finish the task- you will be insulted in front if peers and even laid off( yes laid off within less than 2 months if you cant pick up a new skill/ language) The engineering team he is building is not diverse- just male and indian and either from his previous company or school. Probably ones ready to sacrifice their lives outside work. Beware of what you are getting into and also Beware of fake reviews with 5 stars getting added to cover up overall rating of H1.
