3yHello ! If there's something I can do to help the circumstance, please reach out to me or a member of my team. I take the HR comment seriously, and I personally make time for all convos and requests that come my way regardless of the team members title. Please let me know what I can do to help me or the HR team be more visible outside of town halls or current channels we use.
We are going to run an anonymous survey again in the next couple weeks through culture amp (you can read how culture amp helps protect anonymity), and I invite you to share sentiments there to help us identify any leadership challenges that exist where you may be uncomfortable sharing without anonymity.
