      - Some great people - Generous commission structure

      - Unrealistic (very unrealistic) revenue expectations for a new brand in a saturated market - Leadership and communication is lacking - No guidance or direction from executive team. Goals change from week to week - Company values only exist on paper

      Pros

      It’s rare to find a company where the culture supports collaboration, welcomes new perspectives, and rewards performance. Everyone across the board is very collaborative, engaged, and supportive. Then somehow they make it work with and work life balance. Generous PTO and wellness days.

      The pay is on the lower end
