Pros
H1 is a startup with a strong culture and great aspirations. Our product is making the world a healthier place by getting important health data in the hands of change makers around the world. Our company values are strong and we are always refining everyday. Our leadership cares about having a strong culture. People are nice and the remote work is awesome. The benefits are really good - Quarterly company wide wellness days off, Forma (wellness stipend), great medical insurance, and the remote flexibility is AWESOME! I have the flexibility to be a working parent and have a strong career at H1. I'm proud of the way this company has allowed me to find the balance of working hard/growth professionally and showing up as a parent every single day.
Cons
H1 is growing fast. Sometimes we have speed bumps due to that. Priorities can shift, sometimes the right people aren't up to speed but I've not seen that be intentional. It's the common growing pains of a startup. Would love to have a 401K match someday! Overall benefits are really great though.
