      Great people, flexible work, good feedback loops as the company grows - great product and positioning

      With a start-up culture can come a desire to pivot frequently but as the company has grown this has improved to be more strategic than turncoat.

      Pros

      It’s rare to find a company where the culture supports collaboration, welcomes new perspectives, and rewards performance. Everyone across the board is very collaborative, engaged, and supportive. Then somehow they make it work with and work life balance. Generous PTO and wellness days.

      The pay is on the lower end
