Pros
Senior leadership takes their employee’s concerns really seriously. They consider how to address them and often work to explain why things are the way they are. Sometimes it is a hard place to work. It is a start up and it is a quickly changing environment. But the attitude of leadership really helps.
Cons
The team doesn’t always make the right decisions. Sometimes that means that we hire the wrong leaders or don’t keep someone who added a lot of value to the firm. This does happen everywhere, but I feel, particularly with personnel we could do a better job. I think we’re getting better though.
