Cons
H1 recruiters will reach out and poach you promising the best culture in the work force. Culture is horrific- very clicky and you will be the outsider. No support from middle management while somehow executives are way too into the weeds with day to day. Job titles are misleading and you will do a lot more of random tasks (while having no support but supreme critique). Lay offs occur frequently and it’s a generic email to the group of employees let go- it’s not even a personalized email with your name on it and no one will speak to you in person about it. Ironically they then post that the job title/FTE is available on LinkedIn (for way less salary} CEO has strong political views that he presents as all of H1 supports also. Career growth is nonexistent and there is 0 support in training new employees. Current employees have a, “I was thrown into the fire so you should be too” attitude.
