Pros

- fully remote - work-life balance - no overtime work - the benefit is okay... need to pay a lot in insurance

Cons

- too many layoffs, you always feel anxious when people working around you are leaving - overtime work is not required but on the other hand, you won't get promoted when you sign in and off on time every day. - low pay, less than a 3% raise the whole year which is very disappointing.

It’s rare to find a company where the culture supports collaboration, welcomes new perspectives, and rewards performance. Everyone across the board is very collaborative, engaged, and supportive. Then somehow they make it work with and work life balance. Generous PTO and wellness days.
