No one will monitor you Sometimes we can escape from our complete day's work There is no work for the management people, They simply join for meetings with the US team. Above to Manager Indian team will not grow, Only US people can get beyond Manager Positions. From the US team, an SRA became directly to TL, and in one case they made Director. I don't know how they give promotions like this and their hierarchy for promotion, especially for US people. They can get any higher position from any bottom role.
