There are some great colleagues across Product, Engi, and Design
Cons
The founders are excessively narcissistic and toxic. Especially the one that runs the data org. Only his ideas are good ideas. Spews nonsense no one can understand and legit have had VPs tell me to just smile and nod. Got tired of shipping great products that made a difference to the market and having founders yell at me because minute details weren’t reviewed with them.
