      Pros

      Leadership is adaptable and listens to the market. The company has a shot to go big and the leadership to get there.

      Cons

      Leaders don’t always listen to there teams - prefer to be listened to. Co-founders can be a bit volatile and create churn when the business isn’t doing well.

      Pros

      It’s rare to find a company where the culture supports collaboration, welcomes new perspectives, and rewards performance. Everyone across the board is very collaborative, engaged, and supportive. Then somehow they make it work with and work life balance. Generous PTO and wellness days.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower end
