Sinking ship - Commercial Team H1 Employee Review

I want to say that if you are an alum of H1 of any amount of tenure, I wish you well and feel badly that this is how you may have felt at the time of your departure. I'm grateful you were here with us working with us on our team in any way you were during your tenure. 5 years ago we were exiting Y-Combinator with a very small team, had just raised our first funding round, and i personally feel odd on glassdoor having to clarify that we have grown significantly as a business since then. Most of our management team (especially during the past 2-3 years) have been promoted from within. Business outlook in 2025 has a lot of good things going, and we transparently report financial metrics to team members in town halls.
