      Pros

      Will hire if you have no prior experience in this field. Stable hours and fair pay. Mostly nice co workers

      Cons

      Hard to move up. Drama filled. Supervisors will even talk behind your back (from personal experience.) Refuses to work around your schedule or be understanding of personal issues. Doesn't matter how good/bad your work ethic is, it's all based on who you know and if you're in "their click." If you're in their then you basically can do whatever and not get in trouble. Unless you're new of course, every little thing will be a red flag

      It was a great company to work for.

      Cons

      There was some compliance issues that needed to be addressed. Some of the old mechanics were used to doing things the way they "had always done them" same thing with training and other managers rather than reading the manuals so it led to customer issues. It could have definitely been avoided. AAR Corp took over and just laid off all the good people who were trying to make positive changes rather than interviewing anyone. So now they are stuck with all the ones that are in that "lets keep doing it the way we have always done it mindset". If they dont sell it or break it down for parts - I will be surprised.
