We are committed to ensuring supervisors and managers are capable leaders, skilled to create a supportive environment for our colleagues. Our middle management teams will be receiving additional training to ensure they are more skilled. We know how important it is that our employees feel fairly compensated, and we continuously reevaluate our compensation to align with market standards. While overtime pay remains in place, the RDO incentive was intended to address a temporary business need.

      It was a great company to work for.

      Cons

      There was some compliance issues that needed to be addressed. Some of the old mechanics were used to doing things the way they "had always done them" same thing with training and other managers rather than reading the manuals so it led to customer issues. It could have definitely been avoided. AAR Corp took over and just laid off all the good people who were trying to make positive changes rather than interviewing anyone. So now they are stuck with all the ones that are in that "lets keep doing it the way we have always done it mindset". If they dont sell it or break it down for parts - I will be surprised.
