Pros

They sometimes pay you what they owe you on time.

Cons

I have never seen a company that worked AGAINST their employees so much. The work culture is garbage. Nothing you do will ever be good enough. It seems like regardless of how hard you work and how much you benefit the company they’re always looking for a reason to not give you a raise. The overtime that you put in isn’t enough. They will fire you on hearsay. There is no accountability on a management level. The pay is nowhere close to competitive. Management will talk to you like you’re a dog. HR will harass you. They reward their average employees and expect the world from their best employees. If you’re good at your job, you are expected to make up for those who are not. They don’t divvy up manpower properly to share workload leaving some lines stacked with talent and other lines starving for competent mechanics. They basically need warm bodies to justify manpower to their customers. The insurance benefits suck. Oh, and you have to pay for the coffee.

Pros

It was a great company to work for.

Cons

There was some compliance issues that needed to be addressed. Some of the old mechanics were used to doing things the way they "had always done them" same thing with training and other managers rather than reading the manuals so it led to customer issues. It could have definitely been avoided. AAR Corp took over and just laid off all the good people who were trying to make positive changes rather than interviewing anyone. So now they are stuck with all the ones that are in that "lets keep doing it the way we have always done it mindset". If they dont sell it or break it down for parts - I will be surprised.
