Pros

The work culture is great. Although timing is fixed but the style of working is relaxed. Very educated people will be working all around and plus you might just get lucky and get to sit in a jet or a copter.

Cons

Sometimes understanding the English accent of the officials become difficult. And since it is a government organization, everything is hierarchical and tons and tons of paper work.
