Pros
-Good pay -Other benefits are very good except the healthcare coverage is self-insured which allows you to only go to "their" facilities unless you want to pay the difference ($$$) -Opportunities to volunteer within the community
Cons
If you have a disability don't consider working here. Creating a policy within the department to help is great, but when "management" doesn't follow it and treats the employee as if they're the hostile employee, something is wrong. When individual policies are created per employee while others in the department don't have to follow, something is wrong. Worked my butt off while "lifers" sat around, did virtually nothing, refused to follow processes and got a raise. I saw enough mistreatment of employees to last a lifetime.
