Pros

LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, part of the HCA Virginia Market, was a Magnet recognized facility. The employees were proud of that designation and worked hard to live up to those standards daily. The work environment was friendly and cohesive. Patient care was not only excellent, it was the highest priority.

Cons

Being a small facility, there weren't always local educational opportunities available to staff. However, I feel the administration tried to get staff out of the area for continuing education as much as possible.
