Where to start...I took this job because it was a smaller company with a supposed 'family' feel. I definitely did not feel like I was part of a team. The training is ok. However, after you're there for a few months, additional sites will be assigned to you- which is fine. The problem is, you're trained quickly and then some of the sites you're trained on are put on the back burner. Then six months later you're asked to jump in and assist which meant you needed to essentially re-learn the system and client guidelines all over again. In addition, I was with this company for over a year and had 4 different managers within that time frame. With that being said, any suggestions or concerns I had needed to be repeated. A survey was circulated asking employees what they could do to make things better which I filled out as well. I felt I did all I could to express my concerns. However, after the manager's meeting a new notification would arrive in my email every so often reminding me that I did not work in one of my primary sites and that it's 'imperative' it be touched every day. It seemed that the manager's meeting consisted of additional ways to micro-manage rather than making work life more enjoyable. There were promises made that those with excellent QA scores would be recognized(95% and above). I was never recognized. In addition, I was never given a yearly review or a raise. I felt unappreciated and unheard.
