HR not supports to the employees and HR thinks as a company owner. HR is very arrogant and attitude problem. Variable pay not pays on time and no appraisal process. Offer letter and UAE Labor Contract a lot of hide process. HR not share all details to employee. I lost 14000 AED when I resign the company and treat as donkey and monkey to me.
