None that I can think of.
Cons
-Managers are removed from the employees who report to them. -It's "our way or the highway" for the most part even though they have all this "Work Smarter" mantra and focus on "Ideapreneurship" (whatever that is) -It's all about HCL's bottom line. If they can save a few bucks all the better for them. -They have their own form of English. They make up words that don't exist. They expect you to figure out their HR and work policies through osmosis, nobody really explains anything.
