      Pros

      Your job is safe if you play politics.

      Cons

      No salary increments. Doesnt matter even if you work smart you still would get average rating. Lots of politics and higher management always try to save their jobs rather than mentoring teams. No investment in training people on latest technologies. They love support projects and bid at low prices and in turn keep employees salaries low.
