      Pros

      Nothing extravagant to say about that you wont get in any other service based companies like tcs/Accenture/ wipro . Yes one thing is good that the variable component is very less in your ctc. So in hand salary will be more.

      Cons

      It is not about the company. But the Management is the worst. No proper work culture. No value for your time . No work life balance.
