Pros

HCL provides training in project management and theoretically a mentorship program and a decent salary for entry level project coordinators with no experience. It is a very large company so you could end up working with lots of fortune 500 companies, making contacts and working on interesting projects. Pretty good benefits and potentially excellent work life balance, with reasonable hours and work from home. My management is pretty hands off and understanding. Many of the people here are good to work with. It is a foot in the door to a potential lucrative field, and as my first job out of college I am happy with the experience.

Cons

HCL is extremely disorganized, partly because it is a huge IT firm based in India (and thus in the other side of the world) and partly because management issues and bureaucratic inertia. Some things that should be simple are inexplicably difficult. This disorganization is inescapable and is something you have to deal with. Management is hands off, but sometimes too hands off. It can be difficult to reach them and get feedback. Be prepared to wait a long time to get assigned to a project. Experience will differ based on who you work with, but some PMs can vary between expecting too much of a fresh Project Coordinator and not giving you enough work, making it harder to get experience. You have to make yourself head and fight for experience.
