Pros
I had a lot of downtime at the beginning, but it ended up just being lack of direction for the team. No pros.
Cons
Bad work environment. Zero work-life balance. The team I was on had zero organization and zero direction. Moreover, they tried to sneak a contract for less than the originally agreed upon salary for the position. I would recommend to steer clear if you can help it. I’ve since heard from others that had very similar experiences at HCL. Seems to be a common thread.
