      -Flexibility and freedom IF you are in a position off of the phones - impossible to get fired

      Cons

      - nearly impossible to get fired so you are stuck with team members who don’t carry a fraction of their weight and create more work -chronically understaffed -extremely underpaid -raises are rare and do not meet inflation even if we do get them -subpar benefits - clients have been jumping ship a lot
