Pros
Overall good if you are assigned to any projects, as you work with clients not really with the HCL team or managers necessarily.
Cons
Once you don't have projects, they try to assign you using a demand sheet and an offshore (India) team who supposedly helps you with your journey. You get only 15 days to get allocated. In these 15 days I tried to contact all the help I could including my manager, HR, the offshore team, first 10 days no one responded. I felt they do not exist. Ran out of time, my end date came and got laid off. The entire experience was that "They do not care".
