High work load little benifits - Level II Technician HCLTech Employee Review

Management never is happy continues to expect more and then circles back on previous issue's when the workload they gave us becomes too much. Hours always changing OT never paid on time No room to move up in the company and Pay is basically permanent every chance I applied for a raise I was denied and I was top tech for 3 month in a row. The techs overseas that they hire even in a specialty field are basically all level 1's or just don't care about the job.
