-Self Pace -Global ideas -Diversity - Different points of view -Open to Artificial Intelligence and GenAI -Open to Quantum Computing -Open to Innovation with Information Technology

Cons

-Lack of Leadership -Lack of Communication -Unclear Direction -Can be overworked -Forced to work -Reimbursement ideals sometimes not paid out - Software Surveillance your moves both during work and off -Meetings during lunch hours -Daily meetings with no clear direction -Accounting / Finance / Payroll loopholes that will undercut your paycheck -Changing pay periods which causes loss of paychecks -If you are lucky, a 1% annual pay raise - Leadership and Higher Managers are overseas in India, not in USA -You need to request for any laptop/equipment/company phone/benefits/incentives/reimbursement/ etc. -You need to find a HR SPOC on your own -Onboarding training is poor for all FTE/W2 Employees -Trying to lowball on compensation packages 1 day before joining

Pros

Data Center Exposure Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location Can have a lot of downtime Not aggressively tracking you on everything Job is not difficult

Cons

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
