HCSS Response
4yIt has been our intent throughout this pandemic to make sure that our employee’s well-being was held at a high priority, and that is still the case. Between touchless doors, hand sanitizing stations at all entry points, touchless paper towel dispensers, and free KN95 masks and face shields for all employees, we have made an effort to make all employees feel safe if working at the office (which is still optional). We have also installed a UV system in our air conditioner that allows for the air to be cleaned of bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens before entering a room.
The stance has been since the beginning of this pandemic that if schools are closed, we will offer remote work. If schools are open, then we will return to work as of September 1st. We continue to monitor these decisions as well as infection rates and make decisions accordingly.
We will not be requiring vaccination for employees. However, we are setting aside space in our 3rd building specifically for any employees who want to take extra precautions. Work stations will be at minimum 6 feet apart (likely more) and masks will be required for anyone entering this area.
We will be providing all employees with a small emblem to put outside their office/ workstation, notating that a mask is required to enter their work area.
