Pros
If you are one of the people who can get up to speed quickly with little training and keep up with the workload, you may be able to work from home.
Cons
No benefits, sometimes there was no work or not enough for everyone and you might not know until the same day you had to report to work. In the past, employee's hourly pay was cut when times were tough. The bathrooms were always out of order. Perfectionism was expected and morale was low. Many people have failed in this position. Least vacation and sick time I have encountered at a job (1 week PTO). No paid holidays for approximately the first quarter.
