At first was flexible scheduling which became less and less as job went on

Cons

No benefits worth working for, work was sporadic, expected to make up time when their systems went down. Management was invisible, unstable and never gave you a straight answer. Always claimed to be “transparent “ but you never knew what was going on. Rotating cast of management .
