The culture of HDM is for management to lie and give excuses to employees for as long as they can until the employee finally gives up. From co-workers that have been with the company for a long time, when the company was run by the now owners ex-husband it was a good place to work but since the current owner has been running things it has gotten worse every year. If you want to work for this company expect to have frequent pay decreases and get used to being lied to a lot!
