Pros
Casual dress. Some opportunity for schedule flexibility.
Cons
The owner is an absolute joke. She cares only for the money lining her pockets. She will buy personal items (new house, car, lots of trips), while her employees suffer. You are paid on production and the per piece rate keeps changing (i.e. decreasing). So, in order to make any money at all, you better type extremely fast! BUT, be sure to keep your quality up too (even though no one knows what the rules are). There are no benefits. None. Ok, there is a bit of vacation, but it is paid at whatever your base starting pay is (i.e. you'll be paid less to go on vacation than you will to stay and work). There are no advancement opportunities. The people that have been "promoted" are pushed into that role and have no real say on anything.
