Pros
Flexible schedule and casual dress.
Cons
I received a pay decrease with little notice. Some days I would come into work and was told there was no work available and would either have to work for $4 less per hour doing something else or go home with no pay and make up my hours later (not knowing if my work would be available that week). This is not a place of employment for someone with a family. I was asked to work 39 hours so that I would not receive PTO (which is the only benefit that was available at the time). My manager and the CEO would ask for ideas and feedback but would never change anything. The CEO is very shifty, moving to Hawaii for less than an year then coming back and buying a new house, then taking expensive vacations for weeks at a time while the employees were told there was no work available and weren't making any money. It was strange that she was still able to afford the lifestyle that she was. Too many red flags. Run.
