Pros
HDR provides a positive and motivating work environment. HDR believes in their employees and inspires them to do great things through work opportunities and training. HDR wants employees to be happy and allows for flexible work schedules that fit the employees needs as well as the companies.
Cons
Unfortunately, it is an office job for the majority of employees. This means you have to be comfortable with sitting in front of a computer for long hours. Lastly, getting a pay increase can be difficult.
