Pros

Hybrid schedules, good HSA contribution

Cons

Terrible place to work. They hire new grads and throw them into a substantial workload with no training or guidance. Too much workload for us to even take a lunch. My back got messed up within 6 months due to sitting for 11 hrs/day straight. Then they will question you for billing a few hours of overhead, you need to be productive every minute to compensate for upper management not producing any revenue. Don't expect any bonus or incentive for your long hours as everything they give you is company stock and dlesnt vest for 3+ years. My back couldn't take 3 years of that job. Management is absolutely sexist. Highly advise against any women to work at this company. Management had many negative things to say about several women at the company including myself being "feisty, aggressive, emotional". I had an awful time at this job and am happy to have moved on to a better company.

Pros

Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

Cons

PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.

Corporate woes will exist anywhere at large companies, nothing special about HDR.
