      Pros

      Compensation is decent. Work hours are standard.

      Cons

      You are pretty much an assistant to the marketing manager. You have no creative freedom and are treated poorly. All duties are admin duties and you will never truly “own”anything. You can’t even host a call by yourself without the marketing manager needing to attend. Prepare to be micromanaged daily!!

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.

      Excellent work place environment, plenty of continuing education opportunities, and lots of intra-disciplinary events

      Cons

      Corporate woes will exist anywhere at large companies, nothing special about HDR.
