      Pros

      Great working conditions, competitive salary, excellent benefits, employee owned. My team has been excellent to work with and our department manager truly cares about everyone, their work load and getting new business. Huge company with a small company feel.

      Cons

      Matrix culture makes getting things approved and done take some additional time.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.
